Production software for regulated customers — encrypted inference, multi-model orchestration, the platform every 9robots product runs on (GlassHood, BatchGuard, TestRobin, OpsPulse). Real workloads, real customers, real consequences — not lab demos.
Who fits
Senior professionals who can work independently and ship production-quality work without close supervision. Familiarity with confidential-compute primitives (SEV-SNP, NVIDIA CC), AI infrastructure, or GxP-regulated software is a plus, not a requirement — we have hired from adjacent fields. Comfort with code-enforced rules (we use ColdVault Code internally — requirements before commits, blast-radius limits, multi-model review on every push) is what makes the day-to-day work feel different from most jobs.
