Stage: Vision

Humanoid workers for the pharma manufacturing floor — extending capacity into nights and weekends.

What it is

Humanoid workers for the pharma manufacturing floor. Robotic shifts designed to operate alongside human staff on repetitive, GxP-sensitive tasks, extending capacity into nights and weekends. Targeted for 24/7 operation outside charging windows.

How we build them

9robots brands and integrates; specialist partners manufacture the chassis. We follow a systems-integration model — design, software, validation approach, and the customer relationship are ours; fabrication is outsourced. The product on your floor will be a 9robots robot.

The safety story

A humanoid worker on a GxP manufacturing floor cannot afford confident, unverified outputs. The right defensive posture is not a smarter single model — it is redundant supervised reasoning, the way redundant systems work in aviation. Don't fly faster; crash significantly less often.

ColdVault's multi-model aggregation fixes roughly four errors for every one it introduces (Safety Multiple 3.9× on GPQA Diamond).
In 98% of GPQA Diamond questions, at least one model in the jury answered correctly — the knowledge is present; the architecture extracts it.

Where we are today

We are preparing the ground. First-contact conversations are underway with humanoid hardware partners including Neura Robotics; pilot conversations with pharma are active. No signed pilot yet. This page describes direction and architectural intent, not a shipping product.

Intended to be outcome-priced: you pay for validated shifts delivered rather than bill-of-materials. The model is subject to pilot results. Target economics are below human-staffing cost per shift.

The reasoning and compliance brain runs on ColdVault — encrypted infrastructure, purpose-trained pharma models, multi-agent supervisor architecture. Designed for validation against GxP, ALCOA+, Annex 11 / 21 CFR Part 11, and emerging Annex 22 guidance.

The same ColdVault reasoning and compliance architecture already delivering results in BatchGuard, GlassHood, and TestRobin will power the robot's decision layer. Hardware partners supply the real-time control and kinematics. This is the next embodiment of a platform already proving itself in software.
